An org chart you never have to maintain.
Parzify turns the manager data in your identity provider into a clear, beautiful chart, and keeps it that way as your company changes.
Clear at a glance, deep on a click.
Lean cards show who, what and where in the tree. Click anyone and a side panel opens with their manager chain, direct reports, dotted lines, contact details and local time. The chart stays visible beside it. Switch between vertical and horizontal layouts, full cards or compact rows, light or dark.
- Collapse and expand any branch, or everyone at once
- Department colors you can customise
- Search by name, title or team, with keyboard shortcuts
- Filters by department and location that open the right branches and dim the rest
- Export PNG, SVG or PDF of the current view
Okta is the source of truth. Parzify is the picture.
People are created by SCIM provisioning the moment they are assigned to the Parzify app in Okta, before they ever sign in. Titles, departments, divisions, locations and managers arrive with them. Deactivate someone in Okta and they leave the chart. Nobody edits the org chart, because there is nothing to edit.
- OIDC single sign-on, one click from the Okta dashboard
- SCIM 2.0 provisioning: create, update, deactivate, groups
- Guided setup with screenshots for every Okta screen
- Works with the manager attributes you already have: manager email, Okta id, employee number or display name
- Any SCIM 2.0 client can push people, not only Okta
It tells you exactly what to fix, and where.
Real directories are messy. Parzify resolves each person to their manager through several strategies and then shows you the handful it could not place, each with the raw Okta value that caused it. Cycles, ambiguous names, managers who left, placeholders like N/A: all named, none silently guessed.
- Manager not found, ambiguous, cycle and manager-left checks
- The exact Okta attribute and value to correct
- Re-check on demand or nightly
- People at the top and beside the line are recognised, not flagged
Dotted lines. Advisors. The way companies actually work.
Add a dotted line between a person and a secondary manager with a label, and it draws as a dotted curve that stays out of the way until it matters. Mark board members and advisors as beside the line and they sit next to the top of the chart with a badge, never squeezed into a reporting chain they are not part of.
- Dotted lines with labels, imported from CSV or added one by one
- Placement: in the line, beside the line, or not on the chart
- Photos people upload and frame themselves
- An about section people write themselves; everything else stays synced
Made for the person who owns the identity provider.
Two roles: admin and member. Admins use a password plus an authenticator app, or SSO. Every admin action lands in an audit log and every provisioning request from Okta in a sync log, so when something looks off you can see what happened and when.
- Audit log and sync log with timestamps and actors
- SSO-only mode for members, with an admin way back in
- Company-wide requirement for admin authenticator apps
- Multiple email domains per company
Your chart is 15 minutes away.
Create your company, connect Okta with the guided setup, assign a group. That is the whole implementation.
