Privacy policy

Parzify is operated by Vipilink LLC. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. It covers the Parzify application at app.parzify.com and this website.

Data in the application

When your company connects its identity provider, it sends us profile data for the people it assigns: name, work email, title, department, division, location, time zone, phone numbers (if mapped), employee number, start date, and the manager relationship. People may add a photo and a short bio themselves. Administrators' authenticator seeds and password hashes are stored for sign-in. We also keep audit and provisioning logs with timestamps and IP addresses.

Your company is the controller of this data and decides what to send; Parzify processes it only to provide the org chart and directory. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine learning models.

Data on this website

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.

Where data lives

Production systems and backups run on Amazon Web Services in the United States (Ohio). Transactional email is sent through Google Workspace. See subprocessors for the current list.

Retention

People deactivated in your identity provider are hidden immediately and removed from the working data set; backups age out within 90 days. When a company leaves Parzify, its data is deleted within 90 days, or sooner on request. Audit logs are kept for the life of the company plus 90 days.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, per-company isolation, authenticator apps for administrators, and logged administrative actions. Details on the security page.

Your rights

If you are a person whose data appears in a company's Parzify chart, your company controls that data; contact your administrator to correct or remove it, and we will assist them. Where applicable law (including GDPR and the CCPA) gives you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, you may also contact us at privacy@parzify.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Parzify is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify company administrators by email.
