When an HR suite is the better choice
If you already run Lattice, Rippling or a similar platform and HR keeps it perfectly current, its built-in chart may be enough. Parzify is for companies where the identity provider, not HR software, is the record everyone trusts, and for teams who want the chart to be excellent rather than included.
When a drawing tool is the better choice
If you need a one-off picture of a proposed structure, a board slide or a reorg scenario, draw it. Parzify shows what is, not what might be. Scenario planning is on our roadmap, not in the product today.
