Who counts as a person?
Anyone active on the chart at the end of the month. People deactivated in Okta stop counting immediately; viewers are not charged separately because everyone on the chart is a viewer.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days with everything included and no card needed. Connect Okta, load your whole company, and decide.
How do I pay?
Card through Stripe on the Team plan. Business customers can pay by invoice yearly.
Can I cancel?
Any time from the billing page. The chart stays available until the end of the period you paid for, then your data is deleted on request or after 90 days.
